Street Fighter 4 Review
Street Fighter 4 was unveiled at Capcom's Gamer's Day in London, England on October 18th, 2007. The clip that was shown was an early version of the intro movie that made it into the final game showing cel-shaded 3D models that paid homage back to the hand drawn sprites of old. The game was very well received and the Street Fighter 4 hype wagon began. But does the game deliver?
3 on 3 NHL Arcade Review
3 on 3 NHL Arcade is a very familiar looking game to most of us. It is an arcade hockey game similar to the old Wayne Gretzkey games on the N64 and Playstation. If you took Chris, Leon and Jill and put them on a Space Station you’d get Dead Space. If you know who Chris, Leon and Jill are, then Dead Space might be right up your alley. If you’re wondering what the hell I’m talking about, it’s called Resident Evil and it’s all the rage these days.
Prince of Persia - Pretty, Not Fun
Prince of Persia was this writers most anticipated game this holiday season. This was renforced by the marketing job this game got. The artistic look of the game looked amazing, from the vast worlds to the beautiful cel-shaded figures. I was a huge fan of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and was hoping that this title could recapture the magic that title possessed many years ago.
